Description
Organic white miso paste has an aromatic scent and a mellow mild taste. It is made by a traditional and natural fermentation method, which produces unpasteurised fresh live miso.
The colour of the miso may darken however this does not affect the quality of the product. White spots may appear on the surface which is normal in healthy authentic miso.
