Description
Organic Red Miso Paste has a rich flavour and taste. It is made by traditional and natural fermentation methods that produce unpasteurised, fresh live miso. Red miso paste has a longer fermentation process than white miso paste. The colour of this miso may darken however this does not affect the quality of the product. White spots may appear on the surface which is normal in healthy authentic miso.
