Yuzu Kosho is a Japanese condiment made from fresh chillies combined with the rind and juice of the fragrantly tart yuzu. A powerful, flavour-packed paste, it is fermented from green yuzu peels, green chillies and Japanese sea salt. Excellent at adding a bright citrusy-salty note to cooking.
