Processed in Tasmania from imported fruit these freeze dried raspberries are excellent adornments for pavlovas and chocolate cakes. With a sharp berry tang without the juicy mess they are a great pantry item to have on hand. While they are shelf stable, for best results store them in the freezer to ensure they remain crunchy.
